Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders via Royal Mail within 2 working days, for delivery within 7 days. For some items delivery may require up to 14 days, if it will take longer we will contact you.
Privacy & Security
Upfront Direct is committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your details. We use secure servers to process your payment and all data we capture is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
Returns & Replacements
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within a resalable time (7 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.

If we find that the product has not been returned us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any specially ordered or customised products. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.

Goods displayed on this site are shown as an invitation to treat. Orders placed using the online system or via telephone constitute an offer on behalf of the customer. UpfrontDirect.com staff will process the order taken, and if accepted, will contact (by email, telephone, or other suitable means) the customer to confirm acceptance on our behalf.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
In the event where a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we have the right to refuse an offer from a customer. No payment is taken or accepted until the order has been processed and accepted.
